Overview

Kyoto once flourished as a capital of Japan for over a thousand years until Tokyo became the capital of japan and the emperor moved there in 1868. There are plenty of worth visiting places such as world-famous Fushimi Inari with a tunnel of thousands of vermilion torii gates,

Arashiyama which used to be nobles’ summer resort, magnificent temples with shiny hall and delicate gardens, the luxurious and solemn place where royal family used to live and the market loved by locals.

Kyoto receives so many tourists so we recommend to start a little bit earlier to avoid the crowds.

In this tour, you can greatly enjoy the representing attractions of Kyoto in a day.
